Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern all subscription, membership purchase, coin benefit acquisition and related service rules for the Zorve mobile application. By purchasing and activating any subscription service on Zorve, you fully agree to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions. Zorve provides lightweight AI portrait creative services with a no-account usage mode, and all subscription services are designed to optimize users’ creative experience with cost-effective in-app resource benefits. We do not collect any of your facial information during subscription service provision and we do not share any of your personal data with third-party AI services in any subscription-related data processing scenarios.

1. Subscription Service Overview

Zorve offers multiple tiers of paid subscription membership services for users to obtain exclusive in-app resource benefits. All subscription packages are officially customized for the App’s AI portrait creation, image and video generation scenarios. Different from one-time coin purchases, the core advantage of subscription services is to provide users with a more cost-effective way to obtain in-app gold coins, helping users reduce the comprehensive cost of daily creative creation.

• All subscription services are only applicable to the functional scenarios of the Zorve App.
• No offline physical goods or additional cross-platform services are included.

2. Core Subscription Membership Benefits

Once a user successfully purchases any valid subscription package, we will issue the corresponding fixed amount of in-app gold coins to the user’s local App account in a one-time manner immediately after the payment is completed. The gold coin quota matched with each subscription tier is fixed and clear, and the one-time issuance will be completed synchronously without delayed distribution, partial distribution or additional conditional restrictions.

• Compared with purchasing gold coins through ordinary one-time purchase channels, subscription gold coins have obvious price advantages and higher cost performance.
• This preferential coin acquisition is the exclusive core benefit of Zorve’s subscription membership service.
• The normal use logic of the App’s image and video generation functions will remain consistent during the valid subscription period.

3. Pricing, Payment & Transaction Rules

All subscription service prices and matched gold coin quotas are subject to the official display content on the App’s subscription purchase page. We reserve the right to adjust the subscription package pricing, gold coin allocation standards and preferential rules according to product iteration and operation optimization, and the adjusted rules will only take effect for subsequent new purchase orders, without affecting the rights and interests of valid subscriptions purchased by users before the adjustment.

• Users complete independent payment through the official payment channel adapted by the App.
• All payment transactions comply with the platform payment specifications.
• We will not charge any hidden fees, handling fees or additional service fees for subscription services.

4. Subscription Validity & Benefit Usage Rules

Each subscription package corresponds to a fixed valid service period, which will be clearly displayed on the purchase page before users pay. After the subscription takes effect, the one-time issued subscription exclusive gold coins will be stored in the user’s local App data, which can be used for the daily AI portrait creation, image generation and short video creation functions of Zorve.

• The subscription membership identity only represents the user’s qualification to enjoy preferential gold coin purchase benefits.
• It will not change the basic operation rules and functional logic of the App’s creative generation functions.
• There is no special free usage right for any core creative functions under the subscription membership mechanism.

5. Coin Usage & Benefit Explanation

The gold coins obtained by users through subscription packages are completely universal for all core creative scenarios of the App, including:

• Template style image generation
• Studio custom prompt creation
• AI short video generation and other functional consumption scenarios

Compared with non-subscription coin purchase methods, subscription-based coin acquisition can effectively reduce the unit cost of user creation and bring more favorable resource acquisition conditions. All gold coin usage behaviors are independently controlled by users, and the App will not forcibly deduct, occupy or clear valid user gold coins without user operation.

6. User Service Restrictions & Compliance Usage

Users shall use the subscription membership benefits and in-app gold coins in compliance with all official rules of the Zorve App. Any abnormal usage behaviors are prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Malicious brush purchase
• Illegal trading of subscription qualifications and gold coins
• Cracking and interfering with App service logic

Once we identify abnormal usage behaviors that violate the usage rules, we have the right to terminate the user’s subscription service qualification and recover the abnormally obtained gold coin resources to ensure the fair use of services for all users. We always adhere to strict user privacy protection standards in all service supervision and data verification processes, and will never involve unauthorized collection of user private information.

7. Refund Rules

Since Zorve’s subscription service is a virtual in-app resource service with one-time gold coin issuance after purchase, after the user completes the subscription payment and the system successfully issues the matched gold coin benefits, the subscription service is deemed to be fully delivered. For completed subscription orders with successful benefit issuance, we do not support unconditional refunds.

• For abnormal order failures, payment repeated deductions, and non-artificial benefit missing problems caused by official system failures, users can contact our official customer service to verify and solve the problem.
• We will provide corresponding supplementary services or refund processing according to the actual situation.

8. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the subscription service for users who seriously violate the App usage rules, engage in illegal and improper creation behaviors, or damage the official service operation order.

• When the subscription service period expires, the user’s subscription membership qualification will automatically expire.
• Unexpended valid gold coins obtained through the subscription can still be used normally in accordance with the App’s basic rules.
• The expiration of the subscription will not affect the normal use of the user’s existing valid in-app resources and local creative works.

9. Terms Update & Iteration Rules

We reserve the right to adjust, optimize and update these Subscription Terms according to product function upgrades, service strategy adjustments and market operation needs. When the terms are updated, we will release the latest version and update time on the official page of the Zorve App.

• The updated terms will take effect immediately after release.
• They will be applicable to all subsequent subscription purchase behaviors of users.
• Continued use of the App’s subscription services after the update is deemed as automatic recognition and acceptance of the latest terms.
